1356 Broadway at 36th St. The building runs through to 6th Avenue, and the viewing area is on the 6th Ave sidewalk as the parade passes.
Stout NYC
109 W 39th St, mid-block between 6th Ave and Broadway, by Bryant Park. An indoor party steps from the route, without a 6th Ave sidewalk view.
The full route starts at 77th St & Central Park West, runs along Central Park South, then down 6th Avenue. The map shows the last stretch, 42nd to 34th St.
